Each
Probus Club is autonomous. There are 13 representative members in Probus
Centre - Canada, Inc. under a new Probus Centre Constitution, who see that
Probus Clubs are well served and enjoy standards of conformity, and who
promote the expansion of Probus clubs throughout Rotary in Canada. The
Standard Constitution for the Probus Clubs is now established by consensus
from Probus Clubs ( Dec. 2003), and is reviewed every three years.
