A Rotary Past District 7040 Governor, Hal was responsible for the start of the PROBUS CLUB of Brockville in 1992.
His work in Eastern Ontario through addresses at Rotary meetings resulted in new PROBUS CLUBS at Cornwall, Ottawa-Rideau Valley, Perth and Kingston. He has planted seeds about PROBUS with many former professional contacts.
