How to work with this Marketing Material
Clicking on one of the pictures above will open the respective material in a new tab of your web browser. This is a convenient way to have a close look without needing to start any other software.
Should you want to adapt the artifact for your club, then you have two ways to do so:
Keep working in your web browser, which will require you to use a Google (Gmail) account
Download the file to your computer and then use Microsoft Office software to edit it
To keep working in your web browser,
Verify that you are logged in to your Google account. You should see the respective profile icon in the top right corner of your browser tab.
After you opened the desired document by clicking on the respective picture above, you need to make a copy of the document before you can make any changes to it. To make a copy, click on File -> Make a copy. Now you have a version of the document that you can change as its owner, without overwriting the original document.
If the option Make a copy is greyed out then you are not logged in to a Google account.

The PROBUS Canada logo can be downloaded in several versions. Color variations of the logo – white, greyscale, black - are available on request.
Color Specification – Purple and Gold – are provided on the above webpage.
Name
PROBUS Canada – Used when writing the full name of the organization. (PROBUS is all caps, Canada is not).
Probus – Used when written alone in a sentence (Only first letter is capitalized)
Club Names – Clubs can decide whether to capitalize Probus in the name of their clubs. Examples: The PROBUS Club of ___; The Probus Club of ___; THE PROBUS CLUB OF ___
Typography
Heading Verdana Bold
Subheading Verdana Regular
Body Calibri
Alignment Use left or justified. Center alignment is only to be used for special documents such as flyers and certificates.
Slogan
Get Connected, Stay Connected – It should always be written with the first word of each part in bold.
Photos
Ensure that all photos used in literature are not copyrighted. If using photos contributed by club members, ensure that all identifiable persons have given their written consent.
